Returns and refunds

Kindly put, we are a tattoo shop, not a retail store - All sales are final.

As artists, our merchandise is meticulously thought out and organised, on a budget, and all products are quality assessed for any faults before being shipped.

We will not accept returns, nor issue refunds for our products unless it was damaged during shipment - is this case, we recommend you first lodge a claim with the shipping carrier (NZ Post) and follow their instructions from there.
